First, Fix The Rescue

The Rescue is not a contract you should speedrun on autopilot. Rescue Hana, reach the Vox area, and stay put while the dialogue finishes and the alarm sequence begins. Leaving the zone immediately after the rescue objective appears can leave the story stage in an awkward state. Once the escape is complete, return to Kurai in Rogue Harbour and check for new dialogue before you start farming maps.

That check matters because Contract: The Twins is not the same type of item as a normal green quest contract. Spend your spare time on maps, Heist supplies, and POE currency trade options, then return to the encounter when the contract finally shows up.
